As we move into the decade of 2020, organizations will evaluate whether diversity, equity, and inclusion have effectively been addressed. Questions will be asked that determine whether the outer group has sufficiently become part of the inner group. Goals will be developed to facilitate integration of the unique individual into a cohesive collection of personalities. Will the path of DEI turn our efforts toward creating a sense of belonging that incorporates both individualistic and collectivist societies?
